The Engagement Lead runs the most complex programs for our largest clients, pairing enterprise-level structure and visibility with the nimble approach Glassboard is known for. The role serves as the link between clients and our product development teams, directing program work while our technical leads own technical decisions and manage their teams. Beyond individual programs, it also helps shape the delivery practices used across the company.

This role suits an experienced technical program manager from hardware, software, or product development consulting who enjoys both leading programs and shaping how a growing team works. The position offers direct access to leadership, real influence over how we operate, and a varied mix of technical challenges.

- Shape how we approach discovery and architecture phases with enterprise clients
- Monitor portfolio health, partnering with project managers to keep programs on track
- Improve internal tools for planning, resource forecasting, and reporting
- Coach project managers in risk management, client communication, and decision-making
