Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a patient-focused, collaborative Endocrinologist to join our established and growing team at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. this opportunity offers the ability to build a thriving practice caring for adults with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal disorders, and other general endocrinology conditions while working within Indiana's largest and most comprehensive healthcare system. This position is ideal for a physician who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based endocrine care and advancing the health of the communities throughout north-central Indiana. Position Highlights • Full-time employed physician with Indiana University Health Medical Group • Practice located at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana • Outpatient-focused endocrinology practice • Primary focus on adult diabetes management and general endocrinology • Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population with a broad spectrum of endocrine disorders • Collaborative, multidisciplinary care model with primary care providers • Access to advanced diabetes technologies, including continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and insulin pump management. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and manage patients with: • Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes • Thyroid disease and thyroid nodules • Osteoporosis and metabolic bone disorders • Adrenal and pituitary disorders • Obesity and metabolic conditions • Provide comprehensive diabetes management, utilizing the latest technologies and therapies • Collaborate with diabetes educators, dieticians, pharmacists, and primary care providers to optimize patient outcomes. • Participation in care coordination across the health system Qualifications • MD/DO • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Indiana • Excellent communication and patient-centered care IU Health Arnett Hospital is a full-service tertiary care facility serving patients throughout Greater Lafayette and the surrounding region.
