As a Validation Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of robotics, embedded systems, and next-generation automation. You'll help move innovative technologies from engineering development to production, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure our products perform where it matters most: in the field.
This hands-on role offers meaningful ownership, broad engineering exposure, and the chance to shape how we validate and bring emerging technologies to market.
What You'll Do- Own Product Validation: Develop and execute integration and validation strategies for embedded hardware, software, and firmware, from early prototypes through production readiness.
- Solve Complex Engineering Challenges: Investigate hardware, firmware, and communication issues, working closely with multidisciplinary design teams to drive root-cause resolution.
- Build and Improve Test Capabilities: Design test procedures, develop fixtures, and enhance laboratory environments to improve verification efficiency and reliability.
- Support Manufacturing Scale-Up: Develop production test methods and collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality.
- Drive Product Excellence: Identify reliability, performance, and manufacturability improvements through hands-on testing and engineering analysis.
- Collaborate Beyond the Lab: Partner with engineering, program management, and customers to support product releases, special deployments, and field investigations.
