Senior Embedded Software Architect We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Embedded Software Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing embedded software for satellite payload systems, with strong leadership skills to guide a multidisciplinary team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of complex embedded software for space applications, including satellite payload systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Systems, Digital, and RF, to define software architectures and ensure seamless system integration.
Provide technical leadership within an Agile development team, guiding software design decisions, resolving complex technical challenges, and promoting engineering best practices.
Engage with customers to understand technical requirements, support project proposals, and contribute to the definition of software solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes, engineering quality, and team productivity.
Mentor and coach team members to strengthen technical capabilities and overall performance, including conducting one-on-one meetings and providing constructive feedback.

Basic Qualifications
