Oversee electrical installation quality and readiness
Assist in developing Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations
Coordinate Quality Reviews with project teams and manage submissions to leadership
Perform onsite inspections of equipment and installations
Report all QA/QC activities through project-specific software and internal communications
Work proactively with the project team to ensure correct installations on the first attempt
Develop project-specific QA/QC plans for implementation with the team

Full Job Description
This position can be based in Salt Lake City, UT or in a traveling role.
Responsibilities
Oversee electrical installation quality and readiness.
Assists in developing Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
Coordinates Quality Reviews with project teams and submits reviews to management.
Performs onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
Responsible for reporting all QA/QC activities through project-specific software and internal communications.
Proactively works with the project team to ensure all installations are installed correctly the first time.
Performs work onsite with the project team in performing all inspections and reporting.
Develops a thorough understanding of project specifications, design, equipment, installations, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
Develops project-specific QA/QC plans and ensures implementation with the project team.
Qualifications
7+ years electrical construction experience
Mission critical or data center projects
Campus-scale programs
Medium-voltage systems preferred
Commissioning management preferred
