Role Scope- Engineer the electrical side of behind-the-meter generation: collection, interconnection, and integration with the data center.
- Design the electrical balance of plant: generator connections, transformers, and switchgear for fast-build plants.
- Run the studies for islanded and grid-parallel operation: stability, grounding, and protection coordination.
- Integrate storage and generation electrically into one controllable campus system.

- You've engineered electrical systems for power generation, microgrids, or utility-scale storage.
- You've designed generator interconnections and the studies behind them.
- You understand islanded operation and what it does to protection and stability.
- You've integrated inverter-based resources with rotating machines.
- You've taken plant designs through commissioning.
- Bonus: Microgrid controls. Grid codes and interconnection standards. PSCAD or PSSE. BESS electrical design.
