Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
Lead end-to-end EHR implementation projects - from discovery and workflow analysis through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Conduct clinical workflow assessments with physicians, nurses, and operational stakeholders to map current-state processes and design future-state EHR workflows.

Build and maintain master data - templates, order sets, preference lists, flowsheets, and clinical decision support (CDS) rules.
Collaborate with application analysts, build teams, and vendors on system configuration, interfaces (HL7, FHIR), and integration with ancillary systems (lab, radiology, pharmacy, revenue cycle).
Testing & Validation:
Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and UAT scenarios for clinical and business workflows.
Coordinate integrated testing (unit, system, end-to-end, regression) with IT, vendor, and clinical teams.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off, tracking and resolving defects.
Validate regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., Meaningful Use/Promoting Interoperability, HIPAA, Cures Act, information blocking rules).
