Early Career Leadership Development Program - Information Technology is designed for those who want to use technology to solve real business challenges and make an impact from day one. In this program, you'll explore how data, AI, digital tools, and connected systems help teams work smarter, make better decisions, and improve how products are made and delivered. You'll be tasked with helping to map process, understand pain points, and make recommendations of improvements based on stakeholders
Rotation 2: Build real solutions - Put your skills to work by helping deliver a digital, data, AI, or application solution that improve decisions, workflows and visibility for manufacturing leaders
Rotation 3: Lead with impact - Own a digital initiative implementation for a manufacturing site or functional team, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes, showing your ability to drive technology-enabled transformation.
