Duties and accountabilities:
• The main objective is to provide high quality analytical and research input and undertake various processing activities for the Lake Victoria Basin (LVCP) and the Lobito Economic Development Corridor Program (LEDCP).

• The main objective is to provide high quality analytical and research input and undertake various processing activities for the Lake Victoria Basin (LVCP) and the Lobito Economic Development Corridor Program (LEDCP).
• Support preparation of Project Concept Notes (PCNs) and Appraisal Reports (PARs).
• Review engineering studies, designs, drawings, and technical reports.
• Monitor project preparation schedules and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support technical, procurement, environmental, and social due diligence.
• Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain action trackers, as needed and requested.
• Prepare technical summaries, presentations, maps, and project documentation.
• Maintain project records and document management systems.
• Monitor project risks and report implementation bottlenecks.
• Track compliance with applicable policies, standards, and quality requirements.
• Support responses to internal review comments and Board documentation requirements.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and updates.
• Maintain project data, dashboards, and implementation trackers.
• Perform any other technical and project coordination duties as assigned.
Selection Criteria
• Master's degree or higher in civil/transport engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, or aviation.
• Hands-on experience working with airports.
• Familiarity with ICAO Annexes and airport certification requirements.
• Experience working in East Africa or similar regional airport environments is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required.
