Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead QA professionals with experience testing Dynamics Finance & Operations solutions. This is an exciting project in a collaborative team that offers you the opportunity to expand your experience. As a lead, youhave been working as a Quality Assurance for at least 5 years with broad experience with Microsoft Cloud platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a QA strategy the client's new and existing applications, platforms and services. The QA Lead will collaborate with IT leadership, develop and lead the QA practice, and guide the team to higher quality production releases by leveraging best practices from industry.
Responsibilities- Ownership of all QA activities and deliverables
- Provide guidance to team in terms of policy and procedure
- Report issues and propose resolutions to IT operations, applicationsupport and development teams
- Assist Program/Project Managers with detailed project planning andwork-effort estimates for QA phases
- Manage and coordinate the testing efforts with other internalgroups, including business, BAs, Development, Configuration, ProductionApplication Support, and external clients
- Provide inputs in the analysis of business requirements, userinterface design, test requirements, and risk analysis
- Define, review and update project based test strategies
- Develop, review and maintain test plans
- Define and maintain quality standards, policies and procedures
- Provide status updates and report issues to project management andIT leadership
- Ensure the project milestones for the testing phases are met
- Sets realistic and achievable expectations for deliverables
- Execute tasks by doing hands-on work as an individual contributor when needed
RequirementsTechnical Qualifications- Post-secondary degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience with the D365 F&O or AX solution (customer engagement, marketing,project operations)
- Good knowledge of hardware, systems software and utilities, networkcommunications, databases, computer operations
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies (forfunctional/non-functional, integration, system, acceptance, performance,security, usability etc.)
- Good technical writing skills and experience creating test documentation
- Experience with automated testing (for APIs, services, SaaSplatforms, UI testing, desktop applications) or frameworks (Selenium,Ignite, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of web testing (e.g. APIs, browser differences,JavaScript testing, etc.)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps platform (Test Plans, Pipelines, Boards, Repos)
