Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Build reusable, scalable, and secure backend services.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes.
- Deploy applications using Docker, Nginx, Gunicorn, and cloud platforms.
Required Skills- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Good understanding of MVC/MVT architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Understanding of RESTful API development.
- Experience with authentication methods such as JWT or OAuth.
- Knowledge of Linux environments and shell scripting.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Redis and Celery for background task processing.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Python and Django development.
- Experience in building enterprise-level web applications is preferred.
