Position Summary

HP Pressure Pumping Services is committed to safe, compliant, and efficient oilfield operations. The District Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, safety, compliance, and financial results of assigned district operations. This role provides direct oversight of field personnel, equipment utilization, customer relationships, and operational execution while ensuring adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements. The District Manager plays a critical leadership role in maintaining operational excellence, workforce development, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all district operations to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance.
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to field supervisors, operators, and support staff.
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and applicable state regulations.
  • Monitor job performance, productivity, and service quality across all district activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and support business growth.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
  • Review operational reports, safety metrics, and financial performance indicators.
  • Enforce company safety programs, incident reporting, and corrective action processes.
  • Support hiring, training, coaching, discipline, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and district improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.


Operational Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily field operations, logistics, and equipment readiness.
  • Ensure accurate completion of job tickets, billing documentation, and operational reports.
  • Monitor maintenance schedules, inspections, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Manage district budgets, cost controls, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with safety, HR, and compliance teams to maintain operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency programs.


Compliance & Safety Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all HP Oilfield Services safety policies and leadership expectations.
  • Ensure district compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and state regulatory requirements.
  • Lead safety meetings, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation.
  • Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
  • Maintain required certifications, training records, and regulatory documentation.
  • Immediately escalate serious safety or compliance concerns to executive leadership.


Required Qualifications
