$85,000 to $90,000, plus a $500.00 per month vehicle allowance. The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.
What You'll DoAs a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large, diverse, high-volume multi-unit book of business, overseeing multiple sites while strengthening the business through strong client relationships and strategic portfolio management. This role plays a key part in supporting clients across the broader region by ensuring effective day-to-day operations, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and driving long-term growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is driven, self-reliant, and results-oriented, with hands-on operational experience and a proven track record of managing sizable multi-unit portfolios, elevating team performance, enhancing profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional service and results for clients.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field teams
- Oversee daily operations, including efficient scheduling and resource allocation across multiple sites
- Manage district financial performance, including full P&L responsibility
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Perform other related duties as required

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
