Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including project and staff management.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License required; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of distribution design experience with focus on planning and coordination studies.
• Strong marketing and client management skills with established industry contacts.
• Experience managing contracts and hiring staff in an engineering consulting context.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production section operations, focusing on staff development and quality control.
• Act as Project Manager for production initiatives and manage key project deliverables.
• Coordinate administrative responsibilities for the section’s staff and technical functions.
• Engage in marketing planning and facilitate client proposals.
• Collaborate with industrial and public clients on production and project-related issues.
• Establish and manage proactive project management systems for planning and evaluation.
• Implement and support company policies while developing multidisciplinary teams.
