This position is part of a team responsible for the technical implementation and on-going support of the Kronos Time Management system.
Translating customer needs into key structure or property and mechanism knowledge for improved material development.
Focus on optimization and debottlenecking of existing manufacturing operations, and process development for new products.
This role will participate in a global project responsible for all aspects of the SAP System Development Life Cycle from conceptual phase through implementation.
Prepare detailed scope of project in conjunction with process engineering, maintenance, safety, environmental and manufacturing.
This role will also contribute to our overall ITIL process development. You will be a key contributor in transforming our IT organization to a strategic, cohesive and proactive Global team.
Support the creation of sales programs and market specials within the Wholesale channel.
Responsible for scheduling and deploying IT Service delivery teams in accordance with forecasted end-user needs.
Manage and build the designed solution according to specifications and ensure the proper testing is complete to transition to Infrastructure Technology Management.
Performs safety inspections and is responsible for implementing recommended corrective actions from incident reports, inspections and audits.
Develop customer relationships to create relevant consumer insights, competitive responses, and new item/category selling modules.
Leads the implementation and administration of compensation plans throughout the organization and ensures that all plans and programs are aligned with corporate strategies.
Develops and directs all aspects of recruitment, performance management and assessment processes globally.
Review and prepare risk analysis for establishment of credit for all new customers. Perform due diligence in compliance with credit and collection policy and procedures. .
Maintains contact and working relationship with M&E business process owners in order to facilitate needed improvements in processes and procedures.
Provides technical support to division management regarding product quality issues that can impact customer requirements or specifications of products.
Provides technical EHS&S expertise and coaching to facilitate broad accountability of the EHS&S process.
Develop, implement and execute creative recruitment solutions that align with and meet business priorities and talent strategy.Recommend recruitment strategies based on research, expertise and/or experience.
Collaborates with internal business customers and other support team members to plan and execute user acceptance testing for new and modified processes and system components.
Conducts and reviews job evaluations to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance; makes recommendations regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs.
