About the Role:

The Director, Strategic Solutions, is a key revenue-driving role responsible for expanding YPrime's footprint within the pharmaceutical market. This individual will lead new client acquisition efforts while growing and retaining existing accounts through consultative selling and solution-oriented partnerships. The role requires a strong understanding of IRT, the clinical trial ecosystem, disciplined pipeline management, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales quota and maintain ownership of all sales and coordination activities throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Open new customer relationships while expanding and deepening existing client accounts.
  • Accurately build, manage, and forecast sales pipeline activity.

  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services aligned to client needs.
