The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic technology leader to shape and govern the I&CB technology portfolio, ensuring investments, priorities, and execution remain aligned to business and enterprise objectives.

Leading a portfolio of 10+ critical applications, you'll partner with senior business and technology leaders to drive portfolio strategy, investment planning, governance, modernization, and delivery outcomes. You'll influence executive decisions, optimize technology investments, and help deliver meaningful transformation across the organization.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines strong business acumen, portfolio management expertise, and a technology background, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain the technology portfolio roadmap, aligning investments with business and enterprise strategy.
  • Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to evaluate opportunities, manage trade-offs, and maximize investment value.
  • Oversee portfolio health, including delivery performance, risks, dependencies, resource capacity, and financial outcomes.
  • Support business case development, funding decisions, and benefits realization tracking.
  • Drive application modernization and long-term technology strategies across a portfolio of critical I&CB platforms.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across business, product, engineering, architecture, and operations teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, portfolio management, program management, or enterprise transformation.
  • Prior software development experience with a strong understanding of technology delivery and application lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex portfolios and influence executive stakeholders in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial management capabilities.
  • Experience balancing competing priorities, managing ambiguity, and driving organizational alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial services, capital markets, or corporate banking is an asset.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office.
