Position Overview

Trillion Technology Solutions is seeking a senior CMS growth leader to own and expand the company's CMS account, driving business development, capture, and program execution within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

This role is accountable for full lifecycle account leadership-including pipeline development, capture execution, contract oversight, and relationship expansion-and will serve as Trillion's primary face to CMS.

Location (Firm Requirement)

Baltimore Metro Area (Required)
  • Candidates must reside in the Baltimore metro area
  • Regular, in-person presence at CMS is required

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Trillion's CMS Account Owner
  • Develop and execute a CMS account strategy
  • Lead end-to-end capture efforts
  • Expand and leverage CMS relationships
  • Identify opportunities across CMS BPAs, GWACs, and IDIQs
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships
  • Provide pipeline visibility and bid/no-bid recommendations

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Former CMS employee or contractor
  • Large CMS IT or data program delivery experience
  • Account lead or program director experience
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Active clearance or ability to obtain
