The Revenue team for SH Hotels & Resorts is a group of driven problem solvers, the brightest of the bright who make it easy for everyone else to understand the daily operations of our hotel and its financial impacts. We are currently seeking a Director of Revenue Management. The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's comprehensive revenue strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term asset value while preserving the property's luxury positioning and guest experience. As a key member of the hotel's Commercial Leadership team, the Director of Revenue Management leads pricing, inventory, distribution, forecasting, and business mix strategies across all market segments, ensuring alignment with the hotel's commercial objectives and financial goals.

Leveraging data analytics, market intelligence, and forward-looking demand insights, the Director of Revenue Management identifies revenue opportunities, anticipates market trends, and translates complex data into strategic recommendations that support decision-making by hotel leadership, ownership, and home office partners. The role is accountable for forecasting accuracy, revenue optimization, pricing strategy, distribution performance, and market share growth, while ensuring disciplined execution across all commercial channels.

Working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Area Director of Revenue, the Director of Revenue helps shape and execute an integrated commercial strategy that drives total hotel performance. The role serves as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and Area Director of Revenue, presenting performance results, business risks, and strategic opportunities while influencing key commercial decisions that support both short- and long-term objectives.

About you...
Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; or a min of 6 years similar experience in this or similar role.
Prior experience and strong understanding of hospitality revenue management preferred.
Experience with hotel property management systems, reservation systems and revenue management systems to forecast and implement optimal strategies preferred.
Strong expertise in on demand trends and market conditions with ability to translate into revenue management strategies used to realize the maximum amount of revenue for the property.
Comfortable with presenting strategy recommendations to Executive teams
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

Salary Range: $135K - $150K
