SUMMARY OF JOB
Provides leadership and coordinates all activities that relate to business development, customer and employee relations, finance and quality management for the private pay business.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Requires a minimum of five years of progressive healthcare management experience, or a degree in healthcare administration or a related field with at least three years of progressive management experience. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to increase census, expand referral networks, and attract new patients from outside the organization's current service area.
