Director of Talent AcquisitionAbout the RoleAt Axon, we're building more than a recruiting team we're building the talent engine that fuels innovation. We're seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who can lead with credibility, grit, and data-driven decision-making. This leader will own and elevate our global recruiting function: shaping strategy, developing top-tier talent acquisition professionals, and delivering high-quality hires at the speed our business demands.
You'll partner deeply with senior leaders across R&D and beyond to scale our technical and product hiring functions - including Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and IT, while balancing evolving priorities with operational excellence. You'll help define the future of how Axon attracts, engages, and wins world-class talent.
Location: This role is based out of our Seattle office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
