About the Role:
As the Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our social services program. You will work closely with our medical team, therapy staff, and other departments to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support. You will also be responsible for:
Developing and implementing social services programs to meet the unique needs of our residents
Recruiting, training, and supervising social services staff
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our social services program
Collaborating with our therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
