OverviewThe Westin St. Louis is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) to lead hotel sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and increase market share. This is an opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales leader to help guide a hotel through its next phase of growth, build on recent performance improvements, and strengthen its competitive position in the downtown St. Louis market.
Located directly across from Busch Stadium, The Westin St. Louis offers 263 guest rooms, spacious accommodations, and 20,874 square feet of meeting and event space, creating opportunities to attract corporate groups, meetings and conventions, and leisure travelers. The property has made meaningful progress in its operational turnaround, with improving guest satisfaction scores and positive momentum in both group and transient business.
As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will lead the hotel's commercial sales strategy, with a primary focus on group sales, business development, account management, and market share growth. You will work closely with the Director of Revenue Management (DORM) and hotel leadership to identify revenue opportunities, strengthen business relationships, improve sales performance, and capitalize on growing demand. The role may also include responsibility for transient sales strategy and business development.
