Role Overview
d-Matrix is hiring a Director of Sales to drive revenue growth for our inference platform as Corsair moves into volume production. You'll own a portfolio of strategic accounts across hyperscalers, neoclouds, AI labs, and AI-native enterprises. You'll run the full sales cycle, from first technical engagement and proof-of-concept through multi-rack deployment commitments. You'll sell Corsair accelerators, JetStream networking, the Aviator software stack, and SquadRack rack-scale systems. You'll work closely with product, solutions engineers, operations, and ecosystem partners. You'll also help build the playbooks, processes, and team as our commercial organization scales.

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for Corsair, JetStream, Aviator, and SquadRack. Engage infrastructure, platform, procurement, and executive stakeholders to qualify opportunities and build business cases.
Coordinate benchmarking, evaluations, and proof-of-concept deployments with solutions engineers, and convert them into production commitments.
Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing, and RFI/RFP responses with Finance and Product. Negotiate commercial terms, including volume pricing, supply allocation, delivery schedules, and support agreements.
Run weekly pipeline reviews and the quarterly forecast. Report bookings, revenue, deal health, and win/loss results to company leadership.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to align customer demand with production ramp and allocation. Work with ecosystem partners on joint go-to-market and co-selling.
Translate customer requirements and competitive insights into actionable product roadmap feedback.
Build sales playbooks, processes, and tools (e.g., CRM) as the team scales, and represent d-Matrix at industry events.
