Description To maintain a high quality of services offered to guests through management of the functional areas including, but not limited to Front office, Housekeeping and Loss Prevention as to maintain established operational standards and maximize profits of the hotel.
HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
- Lead and develop Front Office, Housekeeping, and Loss Prevention teams.
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and associate development.
- Maintain luxury or service standards throughout guest rooms, public spaces, and common areas.
- Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence, guest engagement, and problem resolution.
- Analyze service trends and implement action plans to improve operational performance.
- Manage departmental payroll, labor costs, and operating expenses to achieve budget goals.
- Participate in forecasting, scheduling, and annual budget planning processes.
- Maximize occupancy, ADR, and room revenue through effective reservation management and upselling programs.
- Oversee security and loss prevention operations, ensuring proper incident investigations, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to credit control procedures, financial controls, safety standards, and emergency protocols.
- Collaborate with department leaders to achieve financial, operational, and retention goals.
- Maintain a visible presence with guests and associates to ensure exceptional service and engagement.
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee service contracts to ensure timely, high-quality work at competitive costs.
- Maintains working knowledge of hotel and business technology systems.

KEY STRENGTHS FOR SUCCESS
- Minimum 3 years of hotel leadership experience with significant responsibility.
- Proven leadership, financial management, and team development skills.
- Experience managing budgets, labor productivity, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
- Proficiency in the use of computer is necessary (I.E Microsoft Office Suites)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage and support operational systems, troubleshoot basic technology issues, coordinate with IT partners, and ensure business systems remain functional and efficient.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Hotel Administration, Business or related field
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Analyze and interpret business records and statistical reports; interpret policies established by administrators.
- Use mathematical skills to interpret financial information and prepare budgets.
- Understand the government regulations covering business operations.
- Make business decisions based on production reports and similar facts, experience, and opinion.
- Plan and organize the work of others.
- Change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
Annual Salary for this position is $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 depending on experience.
