Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted professional license in PT, PTA, OT, or COTA.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience; leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about rehabilitation regulations and reimbursement systems.
• Compliance with state licensing continuing education requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solution-oriented, collaborative leadership style.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in fast-paced environments.
