About the RoleAircall is looking for a Director of Regional Marketing, Americas to design and execute field marketing across the US, Canada, and LATAM. You will set the regional plan, decide where we show up and how, and be accountable for the pipeline and brand momentum it creates. As we move away from inbound paid search, you will bring the go-to-market team with you into our next phase of growth: AI transformation.
Think of this as a mini-CMO seat: ownership of the plan, the budget, and the results across three markets, covering Channel Partnerships, prospects, and existing customers. You will be part of the revenue team, lead two direct reports, and work alongside a Performance Marketing counterpart, our Creative Director, and content creators.
This role reports directly to the General Manager of the Americas and is based in our New York or San Francisco office, 3+ days a week.
What You'll Do- Own regional field marketing strategy: build and lead the plan for the US, Canada, and LATAM, with clear targets for pipeline, brand awareness, and AI product adoption. Design programs for Channel Partnerships, prospects, and existing customers across multiple industry verticals in the mid-market and small business sector, each tied to pipeline, retention, or expansion.
- Build the events strategy: design our event program, from flagship and regional events to executive experiences and partner-led activations.
- Lead customer story strategy: build a program that turns real customer results into proof points for Sales, Partnerships, and events in each market.
- Move the brand forward: turn Aircall's reputation as a trusted telco into recognition as an AI voice product through local activations, partner programs, and community presence. Bring Voice Agents and Messaging Agents to market with regional messaging and proof points that resonate with local buyers.
- Run an account-based approach: work with Sales to target priority accounts and the existing base, and design programs, including executive experiences, that drive both new business and AI expansion.
- Align the GTM team behind the plan: partner with regional Sales leadership, Sales Development, Account Management, and Partnerships so every program ties to pipeline and revenue. Equip Sales and Sales Development with the follow-up, enablement, and meeting-generation support that turns event attendance into pipeline.
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Creative, and Content: track MQL evolution with your Performance Marketing counterpart as the mix shifts away from paid search, and work with the Creative Director and content creators to produce assets that fit each market.
- Lead and develop your team: manage two direct reports, set priorities and goals, and coach them on strategy and execution.
- Own the budget: manage the field marketing budget across all three markets end to end, allocate investment where it returns the most pipeline, and report on spend and results. Select and manage the agencies, vendors, and venues that deliver events and activations, and hold them to budget and quality.
- Be data driven: set clear goals, measure ROI, and track sourced and influenced pipeline, program performance, and brand momentum. Present clear narratives to the GM, Marketing leaders, and Sales and executive leadership.
- Learn from global counterparts: work with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand to adapt global campaigns for each market and feed regional insight back into global strategy.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years in B2B marketing, with significant time in field, regional, or account-based marketing at a SaaS company.
- A track record of owning a regional plan and managing a meaningful budget (allocation, vendor spend, and ROI), and of tying programs to sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Experience managing and developing a team, and leading through cross-functional partners in performance marketing, creative, and content.
- Experience marketing across multiple regions, ideally including LATAM. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience marketing to channel partners as well as prospects and existing customers, ideally in mid-market and small business across multiple verticals.
- Experience building customer story programs that support pipeline and brand.
- Experience building strategy and then executing it hands-on, from plan through live programs, including local activations such as events, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner programs.
- A data-driven approach to goal setting and ROI, paired with the creativity to make local programs memorable.
- Strong partnership with Sales: comfortable working with regional sales leaders and holding programs to revenue outcomes.
- Experience marketing a technical or communications product, with a plus for AI, voice, CCaaS, or telco backgrounds.
- Excellent executive communication skills. Able to turn results into a clear narrative for senior leaders.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and an evolving org. Experience in high-growth, VC/PE-backed environments a plus.
- Real excitement for AI products: conviction in the story, not just willingness to tell it.
- Openness to learning from global counterparts and sharing what works regionally.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Willingness to travel across the US, Canada, and LATAM and to key events (roughly 20-30%).
