THE ROLEAs Director of Security Product Management for FlashArray, you will build, mentor, and direct the product teams responsible for the overarching security posture of Everpure's flagship storage platform. You will establish long-term strategic objectives, budgeting priorities, and operational resource plans to navigate evolving global compliance and embed secure-by-design capabilities across our portfolio. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, Engineering, and the CTO office, you will transform rigorous security standards into a high-performance competitive advantage that wins the trust of global enterprise and government organizations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Build, coach, and direct a team of product managers, establishing functional goals, staffing priorities, and talent development frameworks to drive execution across the security portfolio.
- Product Vision & Portfolio Strategy: Own the multi-year security roadmap-spanning encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and zero-trust frameworks-to consistently exceed the requirements of highly regulated global industries.
- Compliance & Regulatory Program Delivery: Drive the strategy and execution for acquiring and maintaining critical certifications (such as FIPS, Common Criteria, and FedRAMP), expanding Everpure's addressable market in public and private sectors.
- Resilience & Vulnerability Governance: Oversee product threat-response protocols and vulnerability lifecycle management, prioritizing rapid patch deployment to safeguard the global FlashArray install base and protect customer uptime.
- Executive & Commercial Alignment: Partner with executive leaders, Sales, and Marketing to articulate Everpure's security value proposition, turning complex resilience architecture into enterprise revenue growth.
WHAT YOU BRING- People Leadership & Organizational Impact: Proven ability to recruit, empower, and lead high-performing product management teams, with expertise in strategic resource allocation, team development, and operational planning.
- Security & Systems Architecture Expertise: Deep technical command of enterprise security protocols, encryption standards, identity management, and distributed storage systems architecture.
- Regulatory & Certification Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of global security compliance frameworks (including NIST, FedRAMP, FIPS, and GDPR) and their direct application to hardware and software product strategy.
- Executive Influence & Communication: Exceptional skill in communicating complex technical risks and strategic trade-offs to C-suite leaders, key enterprise customers, and cross-functional partners.
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$239,000-$359,000 USD
