Full Job Description
We're looking for a Director of Product Design to help shape the future of EvenUp's product design practice. Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll lead a small team of embedded product designers while also contributing hands-on to high-impact projects. This is a true player-coach role, with about half your time spent mentoring and growing the team and the other half leading design for strategic initiatives in close partnership with engineering, product, and AI. This role offers broad scope and strategic influence across a modular, fast-evolving platform. You'll support work spanning AI tools and workflow infrastructure, helping to architect cohesive, user-centered experiences in a technically complex space.
