Director of Nursing (DON)
Salary Range: $157k-$167k
As a leader in our facility, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our nursing team while ensuring the delivery of top-notch care to our residents.
As Director of Nursing, You Will:
Provide nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team.
Oversee the leadership and guidance of the nursing team in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Ensure appropriate utilization of resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with other departments for a coordinated interdisciplinary approach.
Coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success.
Must Have:
