📍 Location: Dallas, TX
🏢 Department: Data Center Development
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office)
Position Overview:Provident Data Centers is looking for an experienced marketing leader to build the full-scope marketing function for our data center development platform as we continue to grow across the United States. You'll own marketing strategy, brand and positioning, demand generation and account-based marketing, events, content, digital and marketing technology, and communications, and you'll build the processes, budget, partners, and eventually the team needed to run it.
Reporting to the Managing Partner, you'll be a strategic partner to Provident Data Centers' leadership team. That means bringing informed perspectives, challenging assumptions constructively, and helping shape decisions about how the platform goes to market. Provident Data Centers speaks to very different audiences, from hyperscale and enterprise customers and capital partners to utilities, communities, and local governments. Each needs to understand the platform in its own terms, and positioning Provident Data Centers clearly for every one of them sits at the center of this role.
The environment moves quickly and won't always come with a detailed playbook. We see that as an opportunity. You'll set direction, create structure where it doesn't yet exist, and help the platform communicate with clarity and consistency.
Who Thrives Here: You're energized by building, comfortable creating the roadmap, and confident making progress without waiting for perfect information. If you've built a successful marketing function before and are ready to do it again, we'd love to hear from you.
