  • Scale creator and community ecosystems to support live-service seasons, esports, and commercial milestones.
  • Monitor real-time player sentiment with analytics teams to preemptively adjust strategy and protect business results.

Organizational Leadership & Operations
  • Develop a high-performing global team across community, social, creator relations, and PR functions.
  • Establish operating rhythms that integrate communications strategy into product, live-service decisions, and marketing plans.
  • Optimize the measurement infrastructure to demonstrate how communications investments connect to franchise growth outcomes: cohort health, retention curves, reactivation rates, and player lifetime value.
  • Innovate workflows and content creation to maximize efficiency and commercial impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Track record of developing and scaling high-performing, multi-disciplinary communications teams.
  • Proven track record of building communication strategies directly accountable to business outcomes and navigating matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to leverage player data, cohort analytics, and live-service signals to optimize communications and drive franchise growth.
  • Experience partnering with studios and product marketing to co-develop strategic roadmaps and player-facing decisions.
