As the
Director of Business Development & FP&A, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams-including finance, operations, clinical, and marketing-to lead corporate development efforts, support M&A activity, and ensure data-driven decisions that contribute to Pinnacle Fertility's continued growth and success.
We are seeking a dynamic
Director of Business Development & FP&A to join our dedicated team at
Pinnacle Fertility in
Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a
full-time, on-site salaried position.
Key Responsibilities- Lead preparation of strategic and financial presentations for executive leadership, Board of Directors, investors, and lenders.
- Drive company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes aligned with organizational strategy.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, delivering actionable insights against budget, forecast, and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support acquisitions, new clinic development, service line expansion, and other investment decisions.
- Identify, source, and evaluate acquisition and partnership opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and industry engagement.
- Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including outreach, valuation, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination with legal, clinical, and operational teams.
- Prepare investment memos and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support integration of acquired practices to ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Clinical, and Marketing to align financial plans with business priorities.
- Build and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track performance and strategic initiative progress.
- Conduct ad hoc financial and strategic analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A and business development functions.
- Travel as needed to support business development activities, including site visits and industry events.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate development, strategic finance, or private equity
- Prior exposure to multi-site healthcare services or the fertility industry strongly preferred
- Experience with business integration, strategic planning, and financial forecasting
- Skills & Attributes:
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities (Excel required; experience with BI/FP&A tools a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
