Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics
Location: Orange County, CA | Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced
Director of BI & Analytics to lead data strategy and analytics for a growing, multi-site healthcare organization. This role requires a strong combination of hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and exceptional communication skills.
We need someone who can engage directly with executive leadership and business stakeholders, understand operational challenges, and turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Requirements:- Healthcare industry experience required, preferably within multi-site medical practices.
- Strong hands-on SQL and Databricks experience.
- Experience with data warehousing, BI tools, reporting, and healthcare data integrations.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting EHR, revenue cycle, financial, and operational reporting.
- Ability to balance strategic analytics leadership with hands-on technical execution.
