Territory Includes Western USJob purpose:To drive revenue and accelerate growth across the integrated selling organizations of the MDS business. Focused on identifying and pursuing non-acute opportunities in a defined set of high-priority IDN accounts. The MDS Director of National Accounts will be accountable for developing and coordinating execution of the MDS strategy within their assigned accounts. Responsibility for driving contracting across the full MDS portfolio and acting as the primary link between the DNA team and the non-acute affiliated accounts for the MDS business unit.
This is a customer-facing role, and requires frequent engagement with Directors of National Accounts, Affiliated non-acute covered accounts and their distribution partners. In addition to non-acute responsibilities, this manager will also be responsible for managing a BOB portfolio wide of Acute MDS business. This DNA will be responsible for building relationships, negotiating, and contracting in the Top 100 acute and non-acute affiliated accounts. This position will also require extensive internal collaboration with the MDS US commercial team and marketing organizations as well as with the Strategic Customer Group (SCG) at the BDX level.
In this role, DNA's will work closely with their teammates, field sales, ATM's, key distributors and marketing teams. Deploying strategies to build strong customer relationships with non-acute staff to drive MDS product adoption at the non-acute level.
Duties and responsibilities- Build non-acute affiliated relationships with Top 100 acute IDN customers.
- Drive BD MDS product messaging.
- Coordinate with field sales teams and DNA's to target opportunities and/or identify customers at risk.
- Manage relationships Non-Acute Affiliated with DNA's, Regional Managers, Territory Managers, and ATM's
- Organize and deploy ATM's to field targets.
- MDS Director of National Accounts will also be assigned strategic accounts, with their primary metric for success being the growth of the Non-Acute MDS business.
This is a customer-facing role and requires frequent engagement with executive level customer stakeholders and their distributor partners to build and maintain relationships, identify and understand MDS opportunities.

Performance measurementThis is a base + SIP opportunity. Compensation will be designed around Non-Acute Affiliate performance in the top 100 accounts nationally in combination with performance in their assigned Acute Account responsibilities.
