Full Job Description
As Director of GTM & Growth Marketing, you will partner closely with our GMs and product leaders across a growing portfolio. You will design and run the system that brings every launch to market with clarity, speed, and impact.

This is a senior role for a hands-on operator and systems architect. Rather than managing individual campaigns, you will build the overarching GTM playbook - defining the upstream briefs, channel strategies, financial models, and feedback loops that make the marketing engine run smarter and faster over time. Working alongside PMM, Brand, Media, and GM partners, you'll ensure every product launch delivers a unified story across all customer touchpoints.

You will lead a team of senior growth marketing managers and serve as the main GTM contact across key business lines. Partnering directly with GMs, you will drive growth, maintain momentum, and raise the bar for our go-to-market execution.
You'll Get To...
  • Build and own the GTM playbook. Define market priorities, channel logic, and financial assumptions in upstream briefs, and establish clear standards for how launches run company-wide.
  • Shape content strategy and creative direction with Brand, PMM, and Creative teams so every campaign presents a clear, compelling narrative across the entire funnel.
  • Act as the primary GTM contact for product portfolio GMs, aligning channel execution around shared goals and clear business outcomes.
  • Manage GTM resources across business lines, establishing trade-offs and priorities based on strategic growth targets.
  • Partner with international and organic growth teams to align global briefs and expand distribution.
  • Collaborate across marketing and media teams to sharpen campaign briefs and measure the direct business impact of marketing spend.
  • Incorporate market, competitive, and customer intelligence directly into positioning and GTM plans.
  • Build post-launch feedback loops that actively inform the next brief.
  • Drive team efficiency by streamlining workflows, using modern tooling, and grounding capacity requests in clear evidence.
Who We're Looking For
  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing or GTM, with a track record of building global-scale GTM systems from the ground up - not just executing campaigns within one.
  • Experience across both B2C consumer marketing and B2B or sales-assisted models, with the flexibility to adapt strategy across different selling motions, ICPs, and go-to-market approaches depending on the product and audience.
  • Proven experience building or scaling global GTM playbooks, with an understanding of how regional channel dynamics and localization affect strategy.
  • Experience managing GTM in multi-product or multi-business-unit environments with competing resource demands.
  • Has built from scratch, not just inherited - comfortable operating in environments where the playbook, the process, and the operating model are things you create, not things you receive
  • Strong systems thinker who can spot process or organizational gaps quickly and build effective solutions.
  • Strong strategic range - equally comfortable setting high-level strategy with GMs and ensuring quality execution across teams.
  • Credible enough to push back, reframe, and redirect senior stakeholders without positional authority doing the work.
  • Fluent in AI tools and can use them to compress planning cycles, synthesize performance data, and challenge capacity constraints.
Benefits & Perks
  • A choice between medical plans with an option for 100% covered premiums
  • Fertility and adoption benefits
  • Access to supplemental insurance plans for additional coverage
  • Headspace mindfulness app subscription
  • Global Employee Assistance Program
  • Retirement benefits with employer match
  • Flexible paid time off
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave and family care leave
  • Pretax commuter benefit
  • Education reimbursement
  • Employee donation match to community organizations
  • 7 Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  • Dog-friendly workplace
  • Free lunch and snacks
  • Private rooftop
  • Hack week twice per year
Cash Compensation Range: $203,500 - $327,750 USD
