Job DescriptionDirects the staff and programs of the emergency services unit. Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for emergency service programs. Ensures quality care for patients. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

QualificationsReporting Structure: Qualifications:- BSN Required
- Minimum of 2-5 years Director level experience
