Full Job Description

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Governance & Oversight Specialist within the U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk (NFR) to provide support across audit, exam, reporting and other core program execution processes.

In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director-level position within the Banks NFR Program Governance and Execution Team, which is responsible for governance, oversight and execution of core NFR programs and projects.

What you'll do in the role:

- Provide overall support for Non-Financial Risk governance reporting processes, to include the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc materials for senior-level management and external regulators
- Provide overall support for regulatory exam and audit management to include assistance in gathering audit/exam responses and materials from contributors and assistance in drafting and preparing audit/exam responses
- Assist in organizing audit and exam materials
- Assist in documenting departmental processes
- Create and maintain various department trackers and record-keeping systems What you'll bring to the role:

- Bachelor's degree required;
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the financial services industry, in a Risk or Process / Project Management role
- The ability to produce high-quality, error-free deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment is essential to this role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; must be able to effectively communicate and establish strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels of seniority and background
- Strong organization and time management skills; must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines;
- Ability to analyze and assimilate a variety of data and produce meaningful presentations and reports
- Excellent analytical skills; enjoys solving problems and streamlining processes
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint

Please note that the location listed for this role is temporary. The position’s work location will transition to 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75202 at a future date. In-Person interviews will be required for the role.
