POS ITION SUMMARY
Integrity Wealth is seeking a Business Development Director to recruit independent financial advisors to the platform.
The Director owns the advisor relationship from qualified lead through signed agreement — leading discovery, platform
and financial proposals, home office visits, and final commitment — and represents Integrity's differentiated value
across life, health, wealth, and annuities to advisors evaluating their next platform. This is a net-new seat added to an
existing team of four.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own advisor relationships from qualified lead through letter of intent, leading the structured recruiting playbook.
• Read advisor motivation and flex the sequencing between platform-led and economics-led conversations.
• Deliver financial proposals, home office visits, and reference calls; co-lead legal consultation to close.
• Hand off cleanly into transitions with a complete deal record.
• Operate across all recruiting pipelines as the channel-deployment model is finalized.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in the firm's customer relationship management system.
SUCCESS MEASURES
• Recruited client assets of $1.5 billion to $2.5 billion per year
• Time to letter of intent of 90 days or less; win rate of 35–40%
• Customer acquisition cost of 25% or less of trailing-twelve-month revenue per recruit
• Pipeline conversion from qualified lead acceptance through letter of intent
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Seven or more years recruiting or selling to independent financial advisors, or an equivalent record in wealth
management business development.
• Documented record of recruiting advisor practices, with comfort owning a personal recruited-asset production target.
• Command of independent-channel economics and the competitive platform landscape.
• Consultative sales discipline across long cycles with multiple decision influences.
• Credible in front of practice owners as a peer and business consultant.
• Bachelor's degree required.
