COMPENSATION:$172,800.00 - $270,000.00
This role requires associates to work out of a MVH North America hub location - New York, NY | Vancouver, WA | Santa Monica, CA | Tampa, FLWhy This Role Matters:Responsible for the enterprise AI and machine learning strategy, development, deployment, and operationalization of AI solutions that create measurable business value while maintaining governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
You Will: - Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
- Define AI and ML strategy and roadmap.
- Lead AI product development and deployment.
- Establish MLOps and AI governance practices.
- Manage AI model lifecycle and performance.
- Ensure ethical, compliant, and secure AI implementation.
- Partner with business teams to identify AI opportunities.
AI Strategy
- Define enterprise AI vision and adoption roadmap.
- Identify AI use cases aligned to business strategy.
- Drive AI product portfolio management.
Model Development & Operations
- Oversee machine learning lifecycle management.
- Establish MLOps standards and governance.
- Manage model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and retirement.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable and production-ready.
Responsible AI
- Establish AI governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations.
- Lead model explainability, fairness, transparency, and risk management practices.
Innovation
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors.
- Drive experimentation with generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.
- Establish AI Centers of Excellence and communities of practice.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Your Experience Should Include: - 10+ years in analytics, AI, machine learning, or data science.
- 5+ years leading AI teams.
- Experience operationalizing AI at enterprise scale.
- Experience implementing AI governance programs.
- Experience delivering measurable business outcomes from AI investments.
Salary range: $172,800 - $270,000
Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
