Reporting to the AVP, the Director- Advisory is responsible for leading the advisory sales function and driving sales conversion across life, health, and estate-related opportunities.
- Lead advisory sales performance and conversion results
- Coach and develop sales and intake teams
- Manage KPIs, pipeline activity, and reporting
- Improve lead qualification, routing, and follow-up processes
- Support complex client opportunities and escalations
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams
- Drive accountability, professionalism, and client experience
Who You Are
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in sales, financial services, insurance, banking, or related industries
- Experience managing teams and performance metrics
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
