McKesson recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) Principal(e), Architecture d'Entreprise et Expérience Numérique pour diriger la stratégie d'architecture couvrant l'architecture de solutions, l'architecture applicative, la modernisation des solutions héritées (legacy) et la gestion de l'expérience numérique. Ce leader définira la vision de solutions technologiques modernes, évolutives, sécurisées et centrées sur le client afin de soutenir les priorités de l'entreprise et d'améliorer les résultats opérationnels.

Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez les pratiques d'architecture qui relient la stratégie d'affaires à l'exécution technologique. Vous collaborerez avec les dirigeants, les équipes produits, ingénierie, sécurité, opérations et les parties prenantes métier afin de moderniser les plateformes, simplifier les environnements hérités, orienter la stratégie d'expérience numérique et renforcer la gouvernance architecturale.   • Diriger la pratique d'architecture d'entreprise couvrant l'architecture de solutions, l'architecture applicative, la modernisation et la gestion de l'expérience numérique.

About the Role

McKesson is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture & Digital Experience to lead architecture strategy across solution architecture, application architecture, legacy solution modernization, and digital experience management. This leader will set the vision for modern, scalable, secure, and customer-centered technology solutions that support enterprise priorities and improve business outcomes.

In this role, you will lead architecture practices that connect business strategy to technology execution. You will partner with senior leaders, product, engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholders to modernize platforms, simplify legacy environments, guide digital experience strategy, and strengthen architecture governance. You will also develop leaders, influence enterprise decisions, and help teams deliver high-impact technology solutions in a complex, regulated environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the enterprise architecture practice across solution architecture, application architecture, modernization, and digital experience management.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise, solution, or application architecture across large-scale technology environments.
  • Lead the design and modernization of enterprise solution architectures, leveraging AI-enabled platforms and emerging technologies to drive innovation, scalability, and business value.
  • Experience developing architecture strategy, roadmaps, standards, governance, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience leading modernization of legacy applications, platforms, or digital capabilities.
