About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing, Paid Ads, CRO & Technical SEO Manager to own and optimize our digital customer acquisition, advertising performance, website conversion rates, and organic search visibility.
This is a hands-on execution role, not simply a strategy or agency-management position.
The ideal candidate is a rare combination of analytical thinker, performance marketer, technical problem-solver, and creative innovator.
You should be equally comfortable:
- Managing and optimizing six-figure advertising budgets.
- Analyzing ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, and conversion data.
- Creating high-converting advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Improving Shopify website performance and conversion rates.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues.
- Using AI tools to create compelling advertising visuals, product imagery, and website content.
- Turning data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable business growth.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just report numbers but knows how to improve them.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns across:
- Amazon Advertising: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, keyword optimization, bidding strategies, and advertising profitability.
- Walmart Connect: Sponsored Search campaigns, product advertising, keyword targeting, and marketplace advertising performance.
- Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram advertising, audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting, and customer acquisition.
- Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies that drive profitable sales growth.
- Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, offers, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while reducing wasted advertising spend.
- Build effective retargeting and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ensure advertising campaigns comply with platform policies and applicable dietary supplement marketing regulations.
2. Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Own the continuous improvement of the Herbal Goodness Shopify website to increase conversion rates, average order value, and revenue per visitor.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze customer behavior and identify conversion barriers across the shopping journey.
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, collection pages, navigation, cart, and checkout experiences.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Improve product merchandising, promotional messaging, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and internal teams to implement website improvements.
- Optimize the mobile shopping experience, page speed, and usability.
- Create and update Shopify landing pages for promotions, product launches, and advertising campaigns.
- Track the impact of website changes on conversion rate, revenue per session, and average order value.

Lead technical SEO initiatives to improve Herbal Goodness's search visibility, organic traffic, and website performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues affecting indexing, crawling, and organic rankings.

- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Monitor organic rankings, traffic quality, technical SEO health, and organic revenue.
- Collaborate on SEO content strategies that support product discovery and customer education.
4. Advanced Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

- Use attribution insights to improve advertising budget allocation.

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can use modern AI technology to produce beautiful, engaging, high-converting marketing assets.
Responsibilities include:
- Use AI-powered creative tools to generate and enhance advertising visuals, product imagery, lifestyle images, banners, and promotional graphics.
