The Digital Marketing Manager will run paid media strategy, campaign execution, and measurement across the digital marketing team's growing portfolio of brands. This is a highly visible role for a results-driven media practitioner who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, data, and cross-channel campaign management.
The Digital Marketing Manager drives measurable business growth by leveraging deep expertise in paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising. This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking to optimize media spend, improve conversion rates, and deliver scalable customer acquisition across all digital channels.
Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and continuously improving digital marketing campaigns while serving as a subject matter expert in paid media strategy and campaign operations.

Major Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across search (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok), display, affiliate, and programmatic channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management including planning, launch, optimization, and reporting for all paid digital channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and against KPI targets.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance - including bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and landing pages - to improve CPA, ROAS, CVR, and other key performance metrics.
  • Partner closely with the analytics team to ensure proper conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks are in place to accurately assess campaign effectiveness and inform media mix decisions.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing page experiences to systematically improve performance and build institutional knowledge.
  • Manage relationships with media platform representatives (Google, Meta, etc.) and external agencies or vendors to leverage platform beta opportunities, negotiate value, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and content teams to brief, develop, and optimize ad creative assets that resonate with target audiences, align with campaign objectives, and meet product and legal requirements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging paid media capabilities - including AI-powered bidding and audience tools - and evaluate their applicability to our campaigns.

Key Competencies
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising) with a strong track record of managing large-scale, high-performance campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets efficiently, improve cost-per-acquisition, and scale campaigns profitably.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex performance data and strategic recommendations to both marketing and executive audiences.
  • AI fluency with the ability to leverage AI-powered bidding, creative, and audience tools within paid media platforms to drive incremental performance gains.
