Full Job Description
Job Summary
Leads the team that designs, modifies, writes and implements software associated with the ACE Self Service platforms; and provides training and production support for installed applications.

Major Responsibilities
  • Formulates and designs Mobile App, Web, and POS software system, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
  • Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
  • Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of
    software.
  • Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Consults with other IS staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and
    performance requirements of overall system.
  • May perform some technical systems design.
  • Coordinates installation, software distributions and upgrades to ACE retail centers.
  • Provides production support to field operations concerning maintenance of software system.
  • Leads, oversees and directs the work of other team members.
  • May perform special projects.
