Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in Python and Django, or similar frameworks.
• Experience integrating with external APIs and enterprise software systems.
• Ability to translate customer and cross-functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong systems thinking skills, especially in ambiguous situations.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand procurement, ERP, and operations workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with systems like NetSuite, SAP, and Microsoft Business Central using APIs and data pipelines.
• Create backend services and automate workflows using Python and Django.
• Identify and implement repeatable patterns to enhance the core platform.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and plan deployments, including on-site workshops 1-2 times a month.
