Join us as a technical leader who shapes how we deliver complex engineering projects. You'll guide talented teams through the full project lifecycle, from tender to delivery, while driving technical excellence and business results across digital, electrical, mechanical, and multi-system integration domains.

What will you do?
  • Lead technical teams of design engineers and technical leads through tendering and project execution phases
  • Oversee technical solutions from inception to closure, ensuring delivery meets cost, time, and quality standards
  • Capture customer needs, define optimal solutions, and identify technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive operational excellence, performance, and customer satisfaction while fostering team collaboration and growth

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
