The Opportunity

As a Deals Accelerated Solutions IT Senior Associate, you will focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will manage and optimize IT costs while maximizing the value delivered by technology investments. Your role will involve analyzing IT spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing strategies to optimize IT resources and investments.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will validate that technology solutions align with business priorities, are cost-effective, and deliver measurable value, enabling the organization to achieve its strategic objectives efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining professional and technical standards, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
