Job Description

You build and run the data quality framework the Stockpile is buying: profiling, cleansing, validation and monitoring across Oracle and the warehouse systems, so that an inventory number is trustworthy when an emergency reads it. Full time, W-2, based in Fairfax, Virginia with some telework, starting October 2026.
What you will do
  • Profile, cleanse and validate inventory, item, location and transaction data across the Oracle systems and warehouse feeds.
  • Design and implement data quality rules, scorecards and monitoring in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality or a comparable tool; run the data quality gate on warehouse transactions.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between Oracle and warehouse systems, find root causes, and drive corrections through the integration and functional teams.
  • Support master data management and data governance: standards, stewardship workflows, reference data.
  • Report data quality metrics to the program and the customer, and support audit and inventory count reconciliation evidence.
  • Test data quality in releases and support the legacy-to-cloud migration validation.
What you need
  • 5 or more years in data quality management with expertise in data profiling, cleansing and validation.
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality or a similar tool.
  • Understanding of master data management principles and data governance frameworks.
  • Strong SQL and clear analytical writing.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an HHS Tier 2 public trust determination.

Terms, and how to apply

  • Hybrid: based at SPN's office in Fairfax, Virginia, with some telework; occasional days at the customer's Atlanta, Georgia campus when the work requires it
  • Core hours 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, with flexible start between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. Eastern; federal holidays off
  • You must be a U.S. citizen and obtain and keep an HHS Tier 2 (moderate risk) public trust determination; no security clearance is required
  • You complete HHS security, privacy and records management training before access, and cGMP training shortly after you start
  • Work is done on customer-furnished or SPN-furnished equipment under HHS security rules
