Full Job Description
About the Role We're seeking a hands-on ETL Lead / Data Migration Architect to lead the migration of quote-to-cash data from Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite into Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Oracle. You'll own the end-to-end strategy, from source analysis and mapping through transformation, reconciliation, and cutover, and lead a team of ETL developers. The ideal candidate knows the Salesforce, NetSuite, and Oracle data models and can translate legacy CPQ and ERP structures into RCA without losing commercial or financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Define migration strategy, architecture, and roadmap (phased vs. big-bang, mock loads, dress rehearsals, production cutover).
Design scalable, repeatable ETL pipelines aligned with target RCA and Oracle configuration, with standards for error handling, logging, and restart/recovery.
